Real ways to get over a heart break
1. Give yourself some time to heal
Now there is no point living in deceit, claiming to
have fully moved on when in reality you are still
stuck on her and wishing things worked out better.
Rather than live in lies, understand that it’s only
natural for you to feel hurt and with time and
some effort those feelings will subside
2. Get some distance between your ex and
things that remind you of him/her
Hanging on to things like old messages, love
letters, contact list, or cherished memories
wouldn’t to keep you from moving, although we
are not advising to discard all memories of her
(unless necessary) but definitely put some
distance between the both of you
3. Find a distraction (But don’t jump into a new
affair)
Most people regard distraction as finding a new
girlfriend but this sometimes becomes
counterproductive, so by distractions we are
simply referring to things like finding a new hobby,
or a new friend, chasing new ambitions but do this
with the goal of self improvement and not to get
back at her
4. Surround yourself with loved ones
Break ups tend to be the perfect time to re
evaluate your life and know who exactly are
important in it so try not to turn into a loner but
better still have fun, surround yourself with loved
ones and forge new fun memories
5. Focus on something productive [Self-
Improvement]
Take it or leave it, break ups tend to be the best
time to direct energy to something else, also due
to the newly gotten free time you would probably
have on your hands, try to channel it into
something productive and use all your might in
chasing it.
6. Get back out there
Do this only when you are really sure it’s the right
time…. Goodluck!!!
